EVENT ALERT!! Our friend and meat master, Meredith Leigh, author of The Ethical Meat Handbook, is releasing a new book on creating charcuterie at home (out Nov 28th). Pure Charcuterie is going to be so crucial to the home curing enthusiast and to celebrate, we’ve invited the author herself to Richmond to lead a charcuterie making demo with dinner to follow!

Check out our Eventbrite for more information on tickets and times. You don't want to miss out on this really unique event!

Thanksgiving will be upon us sooner than we expect! That's why we're accepting orders for turkeys now--to get us all prepared for the big meal. We're offering 4 different turkeys* as usual for every taste preference so order soon before they're all gone!

You can see all of our options by clicking here.

Please give us a call at the shop to place an order as we're not setup for orders online or through email.

*Our turkeys are grown for us, so we do our best at size matching within the listed size brackets
