Fall is coming up which means it’s time for our annual Cast Iron Pop-up with Vintage Kitchen Cast Iron and Collectibles! Join us Friday, October 18th from 4pm-6pm to touch some pans, unique and vintage kitchen pieces, and talk with Katie and Brett about the history and use of all these special items. They make excellent presents for those of you getting ahead of your holiday shopping or make an excellent addition to any home kitchen.

We’re making up batches of hot dogs, sausage, and bacon burger for all your Independence Day celebrations, so we’ll be taking it easy after the holiday! We’ll be closed on Thursday, July 4th and Monday, July 8th so make sure you stock up!

Father’s Day is on the horizon and you know what that means! STRIP-A-PA-LOO-ZA is back! Our annual tribute to dads, we’ll be bringing in seven different kinds of New York Strips from our classic USDA Top-Tier Choice Grain Fed Strip to Bison. You’ve been patient and now it’s hot dog time again! Superbowl LIII is February 3rd and we’re all set to get you ready for the big day! Our all beef hot dogs are made and smoked in house with local pastured Buffalo Creek Beef. Please give us a call or stop by the shop to order hot dogs, sausages, ground beef, briskets, or anything else we can set aside for you to make the best tailgate. We’ll be accepting orders for hot dogs through Saturday, January 26th and everything else through Monday, January 28th.

**SOLD OUT**Looking to improve on your usage skills in the kitchen? Sausage is a great way to incorporate whole animal into your repertoire. This class will walk you through the basics of our sausage making process, do some stuffing and linking yourself, and go home with some sausage. Molly will be leading this class on Jan 27th in stocks, broths, and fats--everything you need to start flavorful, hearty winter meals. Deer season will be upon us before you know it! We always get a lot of questions from hunters about what to do once they have a whole deer on their hands, so we've made this opportunity to learn a bit about breaking down a similar animal into usable parts.
