This year Easter falls on April 16th, it should be a beautiful Spring day!

We will be making fresh & smoked Kielbasa; Lamb w. rosemary sausage and lots of bacon. We will also feature fresh LOCAL lamb, beef & pork as well as Colorado Lamb and Nueske's Hams. Deadline for ordering is Monday, April 10th. Please give us a call to order!

The first day of Passover is Tuesday, April 10th and the Seder feast is like none other! Whether your family tradition includes brisket, veal breast or lamb - we will be ready. I'll even get Henry to make some of his famous chopped liver! Please give us a call a few days in advance, so that we can take care of all your meaty needs.
