Located outside of Waynesboro, Va, the Trainum’s started by using South African Boer goats to reclaim the family farm. Over the last few years, they have shifted focus to producing Berkshire Pork in conjunction with their neighbor’s the Patterson’s. In addition to the Berkshires, they are raising rare breed Ossabaw pork and their own cross, BerkaBaws from birth to plate in the woods and on pasture of their family farm. Their farm crew consist of their sons Tyler and Logan. The Trainum’s are the reason that I’ve become a crazy goat lady! They gave me my first 2 goats, Curry and Puppy.
