Matt Gottwald has turned part of his family farm into a small scale grass-fed cattle farm. Located in Goochland, VA, Matt’s herd is made up of Angus cross cattle raised solely on lush grass and hay. Grass-fed; dry-aged; no added hormones or antibiotics; humanely raised. Occasionally Matt has pasture-raised lamb and pork.
