Collins and Ramona Huff were my first introduction to grass-fed beef, back in 2004! And they took the time to teach me the intricacies of grass-fed beef – the grass, the breed, all the nauances that make a difference between grass-fed beef and amazingly delicious grass-fed beef. They are the standard that I use to measure all others. They raise Devon cross grass-fed beef, Heritage Pork and Lamb. Unfortunately for us, they are no longer available to us as they only do private sales and events now, but we love them anyway! I started working with the Huff’s in 2003 – three years before the butcher shop.
