Rosalea Potter was a 4-H girl long before she met and married Chas Potter of Buffalo Creek Beef. So, becoming a farmer’s wife was not surprising. But Rosalea is so much more than that! She runs a 40-80 head flock of Dorset x Hampshire x Suffolk cross, pasture raised outside of Lexington, VA, as well as running the processing plant for Buffalo Creek Beef!
