More Than Manchego: An Exploration of the Cheeses and Wines of Spain

Spain has a long and diverse history of wine and cheese making. While Manchego may be considered the national cheese of Spain, there are other cheeses that can trace their roots back to Roman times and reflect the ecological diversity of this Iberian country. Come explore this history and culture with us and our friend Leigh Rodgers from SAWM Imports. Together we will taste and tell the stories of five wine and cheese pairings, and then socialize with your fellow food explorers over a cheeseboard of curated Spanish favorites and a glass of one of the wines featured in the tasting.
